A quick list of new parts: cooling fans, head gasket, lower /upper intake gasket, exhaust manifold bolts/gaskets, injector o-rings, thermostat, platinum plugs, 8mm wires, flush dexcool/replace green coolant, oil flush/synthetic oil, cat-back exhaust, heads were pressure checked and machined.

coolant flush was rather easy since i had most of the motor taken apart, most of it fell out, but i tapped into the heater hose on the firewall with a water hose and left bottom of radiator open and just let it run til it was all clear.

oh and thanks glad to be here...
