Default 72 big block to get running

Hi, one of my girlfriends has recently gotten a 72 big block Monte from her mom that hasn’t ran in 10 years and it has sat in a garage for 10 years so after we can get battery in her to pull her out and clean her (mold) I was wondering what the next steps would be to get her running. Also having an issue with the hood latch and could use some help with that.! Thanks!

Hood latch is all on the outside so you may only need to clean it and lube it.
Drop the fuel tank and purchase a new one for the car.
Clean out all the fuel lines.
Complete oil change and filter.
This will most likely need new plugs/ points/ Condenser, and plug wires the Coil maybe bad just from sitting there you may want to have a new one for a back up.
Also the Rotor and distributor cap may have a crack from sitting so long that will keep it from starting.
When starting a car that has sat for so long like this I would pull the Coil wire and test start the car a few times. this will circulate the fresh oil in the engine. Then you can put the coil wire back on and it should be good to fire up.
