Default 3400 3k rpm hesitation on acceleration

So I've been having a problem recently with my Monte hesitating at 3k rpm on acceleration, but only in 2nd and 3rd gear. Any suggestions? maybe bad MAF censor readings? Probably should clean it.

Could be a dirty MAF, but a common problem with the 3100 and 3400 is a clogged EGR passage where it enters the throttle body. Carbon deposits build up there. Do you have a code?

Here's a video.

This video shows is cleaning the port at the opening into the throttle body. That's a longer lasting fix since it gets more carbon out.
