Question 2007 ss ls4
my first post.My son has a 07 Monte SS, that recently took a crap while he was driving. we originally thought it was the Alternator, had a new regulator installed on the alternator which fixed it for about 5 hours,crapped again, had it completely rebuilt again and it last about 8 hours this time. i dont want to spend a pile of money try to locate and or fix something by trial and error, please help

Have you had the charging system checked after the rebuilt alternator?

Welcome to the forum, and I would second the shocker's previous post about checking the charging system as well
