2006 Monte Carlo SS Hesitation

Default 2006 Monte Carlo SS Hesitation
5.3 , has a hesitation when acceleration . Acts like it has manual secondarys on a 4bbl carb. Cleaned throttle body, and map sensor.

Electronic throttle on those, perhaps there is an issue in the drive by wire system either in the pedal or on the actuator for the throttle body.
