2006 Monte Carlo LTZ
Hi everyone! I'm Rick from Gatineau, Quebec, Canada, & I just joined the Monte Carlo Forum! After having a 1997 black Monte Carlo LS, & a 2003 red Monte Carlo LS years ago, I was lucky enough to find a loaded 2006 black Monte Carlo LTZ, in excellent condition, with only 110,000 km, which was purchased new & driven by a 70 year old man, & I was extremely fortunate to get it for only $4000.00 CDN. I got it on Dec. 26th, & I parked it right away for the winter, & I'm looking forward for Spring to come, so that I can drive it! It will be my summer car, as I also own a 2010 Ford Taurus SEL.
Does anyone know where I can find the production numbers for the 2006 Monte Carlo models, as I know that the LTZ is pretty rare, as they were only made in 2006. I haven't had any luck finding the production numbers anywhere on the internet yet!
It's great to have a Monte Carlo again, & I've been enjoying reading all the different threads so far in the Monte Carlo forum!

Welcome, Rick. Yes indeed, you are extremely fortunate to find that nice LTZ at that low, low price! What a steal!
I like it when someone can get a car that seems ordinary at first, but is actually something special, made for only one model year.
