aren't air suspensions really uncomfortable and expensive?

I don't think any members have a monte equipped with that.

my friend has air ride on his s 10 and there arent any problems with it....yeah i have never seen a monte with it which is why im wanting to do it. before the economy took a crap i worked at a custom auto body shop, and all the sites we use to go to, no one has shown one with it. I was going hot rod my car and just chop the roof off and reinforce the frame and mold everything in clean, but i saw one in ft. lauderdale so im not goinjg to dothat anymore

well what do you want the air ride for? Just dropping it down to the grass at shows?

Have you looked into adjustable struts?

well i want them so i can "tuck" my rims at shows, but i really like the lowered look, and around my area there are some big *** speed bumps and these speed bump type things that are actually a row of Squares, so you cant even go over them at a angle, so i would like to be able to raise my car when i come to those

Very nice, I always loved that color.

I see what you mean about the air suspension now... Ive been looking at adjustable struts, so that I can ride at a normal height for everyday driving, but when I want to ride lowered, it's possible to just lower it for a show, or for showoff driving. It's much cheaper than an airbag conversion, I've read they cost somewhere near 2k-3k!!!
