obd code PO118 changed temp sensor ohmed out wires to ecm checked good replaced stepper motor on temp gauge code still comes on PO118 cooling fan stays on I know everyone says thermostat but it has real good heat and car runs kind of sluggish possibly ECM? im starting to run out of ideas any help appreciated thanks
