Default 1998 Z34 oil leak help please

hello i just bought a 1998 z34 a couple of days ago... brought it home that night and the next morning there was a puddle of oil..nothing major... about 10 drops or so...I was wondering if anyone knows of common seals or gaskets on the 3.8 that are known for going bad...my car has 96,500 miles...help if you can....thanks

look at the valve covers, and also check the oil pan seals
the other one to check is where the drian plug is they like to over tighten them and then teh start to leak

I had a little leak when I first got mine too (96 LS, 69K) so one day i took it in to have it checked out, thinking it was probably a plug or something, nothing major... Wrong. Intake manifold gasket, yea that was a good paycheck worth of work. Have it checked out, just in case, I seem to have the worse luck with cars even though I treat them better than anything in my life.
