You said you got to see Dale win the 500 I am not sure if you were able to see the Car in Daytona USA but I have a few pics of that Car when we visited there later that year.
Interesting note on this Car is that it has 3 wheels and tires on it from the 31
Car and only one from the 3 car (left front).
Yes I mentioned the wheels in my slot car topic. The winning car had a red line on the front left wheel, a blue line on the left rear and yellow lines on the right side, and yes the 31 sticker is on the left rear. Not a lot of people noticed. Love the A pillar detail in your pics. Nice shirt!
Well here is is 2026 and the carshow season has begun, Memorial day weekend there are 2 nearby one about 50 miles and 1 about 15 miles. I went to the closer one I paid for entries in both but they are advertisers in the program books that wee do for a charity so I like to help out. here are a few shots of the closer one and the car entries. the ads I did doubled the entries of this show. last years about 80 cars and this year 197 cars.
