Wow, time flies.
For those of you interested, i finally mounted the rk sport valance to the car. Painted it last weekend after a long wait to get one. Thanks to all who gave me input on how to get this mounted! Thumbs up!

Great job there, volkerc. Your MC looks like a genuine special edition. In a word, tasteful!

That seriously looks phenomenal. The moment a Monte gets the Dale Sr treatment, it quite simply just looks right. I've been itching to do that to my car but have resisted so far. I'm thinking I may try plasti-dip for a temporary trial run first. Amazing job; if you're ever in the area, my car could use a fresh coat!

Those 5th gens look even more complete with that front valance and rear spoiler. Really cool job. I'm trying to not drool too much.

Well, another update. Thanks to Goodyear there are no more Goodyear Eagles distributed in my area. I used to paint the tires yellow when Eagles were still around, wouldn't last long,
and the letters were rather small. So i had to come up with a new idea. My new Goodyears are no longer Eagle brand, so I made my own tire letters, and glued them on. None of
the tire letter sellers made them to my liking so I had to do it myself as usual. I hope they work now, as it is the third attempt, had to come up with a special idea, the first 2 attempts failed
due to the tire softener chemicals oozing out and discoloring the letters. Used the style found on the 1998 Car and similar years.
