I always wanted one of those, and I have no idea why, the stripes are revolting.

That said, that's quite the catch. My 96 Z34 was mechanically identical, so LMK if I can answer any questions for you.

How so? This is actually one of the most tasteful graphics treatments for Pace Cars.

So much so that I actively sought replacement graphics for my initially 'naked' Pace Car, so that it would feel 'clothed':

At any rate, #61Brickyard! There are a few very-low-mile, still-showroom-fresh '95 Pace Car Editions like yours out there (and at least one that's ended up in a junkyard ). Mine is in the middle of that range; I have #125.

Car looks great to me!! I have a 2000 signature series, signed by Dale Sr and Richard Childress' (20k miles) that I drive just in town. You have crazy low miles!!! Why never registered? Im ignorant on the value of the pacecar montes.

I was going to say, Sidestreet has one but he already made it here. Nice 5th Gen, welcome! Don't see too many nice 5th Gens anymore.

Smile Wow what a nice find!

Wow what a nice find! I recall when that come out in 1994 for the first 400. Several dealers had them but they had not been a good mover. There was a dealer near me who had one not sold in 2000.
I believe that in 1994 Chevy and Nascar had planned to introduce the 5th Gen Monte at the Brickyard and Dale was a bit disappointed that it didn't materialize. Then he won the 2nd running of the Brickyard with a 5th gen Monte.
It is very rare to see a 5th Gen on the road, I spotted one last year in a Sonic drive-in that was a sharp looking car.
I have been very fortunate with mine that it is in pretty nice shape but I was a fanatic about keeping it clean, plus I never let the kids drive it, or my wife who hated it because it sets to low for her.
She is a master at taking out the Struts, and the brakes.
