Hello, I bought a 1988 monte carlo ss with only 10,800 actual miles. Owner ordered with NO power options. Manual windows,no tilt, no cruise he even deleted the radio. He wanted strictly raw muscle car. He said GM told him there were only 3 cars produced that year with no options. POSSIBLY VERY RARE!!!!!! 1 OF 3!!!!!!! Can anyone comment on this rare find. Possibly 4 sale$$$$$$$$$$$$
