1978 Monte carlo, Third Gen

Problem mounting Keystone 3238 Alloy Wheel, 15x7, 5 lug bolts rim onto hub. The hub has a step/ridge keeping rim from sitting flush/properly. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.: confused:
