Im ready for NASCAR to start again

 

Don't take this the wrong way... love NASCAR, love this fantasy league, but I'm happy to have a nice break. I didn't burn out at the end with how exciting it got in real life and fantasy, but sometimes over the summer, it was getting a little old keeping up with everything.... enjoyed it and loved seeing it shake out, just got to the point where that 5 minute routine of figuring out points felt a little worn.

But I wouldn't say I was worn down or burned out either. I was always posting "If race ended now" during rain delays and such. And in the last 5-6 races of the year, i coudln't wait for the next race, kept wishing it was tomorrow.

And this time of year, I'm not itching for NASCAR anyway. I like watching the silly season news roll in, but I'm enjoying Christmas break. Come about mid-January, I'll be ready to go and so will NASCAR.


Some time in the next few days I'm going to post my advice for winning races and championships. Or I may wait until early next year to post that.



All things in due time guys.... enjoy the off season. Maybe that's easier for me to say since I can enjoy the off season as the champ... but it's a good tiem to sit on your laurels before I make you guys clear those signatures for next season
