To skip my last class of the day or to watch the race. Dang marketing class. I guess I'll go. Should be back in my room around 12:50. Shouldn't miss too much.

 

The negotiations were a success! I'll be watchin' live! And postin' away because, when I watch, I usually watch the tv from the computer so I can follow TrackPass too. Usually my wife would want to watch later with me, but she had some secret diner plans already. Which could have upset me - she had planned on going out for diner without me or our little girl and she wasn't even going to tell us. But she admitted that she wouldn't be able to come home after work. I said I couldn't spend the day in "media blackout" while waiting for her and she understood.

I'm watching at 12! ... Suckers!

 

The jet dryer just wrecked Brad before the race began! He must have thought that #2 was a #42 - y'know, trying to avenge his brother...

 

I'm so thirsty! They are counting the laps under caution now, but no beer for me 'til they drop the green. I forgot to get a Texas sized King Can for the first lap! That can mean only one thing: 2 beers on the first lap!

 

Second green lap and Jr has the biggest wreck of the year!

 

That was hardly worth having the day off for...

This is the most bizarre beginning of a race I've ever listened to...

I'll be listening in my classroom (this is plan period for me) til 1:50, that's when 4th period demons show up...

 

All but about 2-3 members had either Junior or Harvick, maybe Johnson... Johnson 2 laps down, needs some luck and good calls to get those laps back, but he is running. Plus, he had damage to the windshield and everything over that crap Junior threw everywhere apparently. Still a lot of racing and a lot of things that can happen.

 

I think Jimmie will salvage this just fine. 1 lap down now...
