I think the forum has been having issues this morning. I've had trouble getting on and loggedi n. We're missing a few of our regular last minute guys.

Right now, the pre race ceremonies are going. I'm closing the window as of right now. I may reopen it if it starts raining before the green flag drops.


I don't feel bad for anyone if the forum crashed. This thread has been open for 8 days now. If I didn't make these threads until Saturday, it would be different.

Go Paul Menard, as I am sure no one else picked him along with Kurt Busch. Oh yea, Hunter picked Kurt too, Imagine his roster without a shrub in it. That's like mine without Harvick.

 

I haven't been too fond of that RCR team this year. This is their best track, but that cometition director went to MWR, they just haven't had it. Can't hold dropping Harvick against you!

Yes I saw that too, but are picks invalid that are placed at the time i did? when must they be submitted by?

 

I've spent most of the race listening to Kurt Busch's scanner. aka "Ricky Bobby". I think they got something really cool going on. Of course, I'm a big fan of Talladega Nights. If you haven't noticed, the car is painted with the "ME" scheme from the movie, with cougar "Karen" on the hood. They have been quoting the movie back and forth all race. The last lap before green Kurt made a prayer to "beautiful 8 lb 6oz baby Jesus" and thanked KFC, Domino Pizza & "Powerade Blue Mountain Myst". Later had said he "wakes up and pisses excellence". I just can't wait to hear him say "Dale Jr is my best friend... and it's Shake N' Bake time!!!"
