Well ys ... eventful day. Had 2 car shows I attended, and due to a friend of mine having to have an emergency appendectomy (or whatever it is to remove an appendix), I ended up running a 5k this morning in his place... ran that in 29:09!!!

So Hamlin collapsed under pressure.. just checked the thread, and I thought I had mentioned how Hamlin tends to collapse under pressure whiel I was discussing Bowyer and Roush... but I forgot. Yeah, remember him spinning out while running for the champoinship? This guy is good when the going is good... when things go wrong, Hamlet collapses. That's what just happened... plus bad luck. Still a long way to go.

Just glad to see these guys can still crash these things. Last few Richmond races have been blunders to me....

I seriously think Brent on alcohol could outdrive Kahne tongiht... jeez. Going to be an interesting meeting at Team Red Bull Monday a.m. If it were me, I'd have a meeting TONIGHT!

And DAMN!!! Brian Vickers SNAPPED!!!! Just think, with that team collapsing, this might be his last media hoorah.

Finally, some action at this track!!!

The Torino is a bit snug on entry and exit... it's good in the center though!

I want to say... Richmond finally lives up to that "Racing Perfection" advertising crap. 2 years of lack luster racing are being made up for tonight... guys are racing hard, they're driving the cars at the brink of control, and it shows. However, 2 of my 3 picks are having a bad night... could this be the turn of luck for your overall points leader taht ultimately kills his title hopes?

Jimmie avenges and proves the ultimate team player at the same time! Perfectly timed for Junior, Jimmie takes out Kurt (who had it coming) with Junior in the Lucky Dog after green flag stops had begun. Junior sure gained from that - and even I suspect... you know... suspect.
