I think Danica is better then a full time ARCA driver. Nationwide... yes. Sprint cup pilot no. Next year lets see what she can do in Nationwide and some sprint cup. Keep her off the super speedways and short tracks. Mile and halfs should be what I would run her in. If Go Daddy didn't sponcer her or Peak, she would get a sponcer with no problem. I would run her in the road race courses also, and no 500, 600 mile races.

lol i couldnt agree with you any more. There isn't anyone other than go daddy, tissot and peak that want to sponsor her. she wouldnt be anywhere without go daddy.
They gave an interesting stat on RaceHub tonight... Chevrolet has not won a race in 11 races..... most since 1994, while Toyota has won 5 races in the same span!
The Torino has a stock built 390 engine making close to 300 horses I assume. It has no good options on ti... it was basically just a standard car that would have been sitting on the lot and a guy would walk in and say "I'll take it!" Bench seats, C6 auto, 390 (original 2 barrel, not 4 barrel), no air, no power steering, 2.75 rear end gear.
I do'ntk now what the timing is.... I know I was getting about 55-60 on the straightaway, but I wasn't trying very hard either... half-3/4ths throttle. 30-35 in the corners... so roughly half what hte NASCAR guys do. I'm looking at getting a rear sway bar to put on the car to help it handle a little bit.
I was really just a little bit faster than a pace lap.....

I don't understand why any one would think Danica could not get a sponcer other than GoDaddy or Peak. She has one of the most familar names in sports. Just about any one in this country knows who Michael Jordan, Mohamid Ali, Mike Tyson, Dale Earnhardt Sr & Jr, Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicholas, Tiger Woods and Danica Patrick are. Even tho they never watched or a fan of there sport. Danica brings females to the sport and to marketing. She has no scandels and is happily married. Boost Mobil also was a sponcer at one time.
