Picks/Loudon/SunAfternoon
We leave Daytona, where every day and every event was affected by rain. That place is traditonally hot, sunny, humid.... It rained cats and dogs! Now we got to New Hampshire, a place it always seems to rain!
But first, congrats to Leprechaun93 to taking the overall poitns lead, congrats to 02 Earnhardt for winning the Segment 2, and congrats to zjerry for figuring out that cluster@#% that was Daytona and winning that thing!!!
For a further review of points, standings, race wins, and other information, check out the stats thread!!

This Week in New England
At New Hampshire, it's all about having the right chassis ,the right setup for diving into the corner and getting a good drive off, and rolling the cetner. It's like a larger, more boring version of Martinsville. So we look t oteams that have that really good chassis set up like the Gibbs, Hendrick, and maybe Stewart Haas or Penske to run really well this week in the Granite state.
Personally, I'm stickign to the all Ford plan, even though it has me running towards the tail end of the standings...
1) Brad Keselowski
2) Joey Logano
3) Carl Edwards

...buncha 8's!
I think Newman is a good pick too. He's sort of a "flat tracker", and Burton has always run well here in the 31, even tho his performance elsewhere was lack lustre for quite a few years. I guess we'll find out if it was the car or the man. I like Newman's chances for once. But not enough to pick him

Cool! I guess you shoulda tried replacing the Chevy logo on the grille with a Ford one. That woulda been hilarious! For my birthday, my wife got me an autographed diecast of that car which is definitely the crown jewel of my collection. Maybe not an AJ Foyt, but more my style...
