cuz Jr has spent so much time as the potential benefactor. I'm tellin' ya, the guy can't catch a break...
Alright my fellow competitors, the scores are now posted. Please feel encouraged to double check your own numbers to ensure you got all that's yours and only what's yours!
Due to big players like Matt Kenseth, Dale Jr, and Kevin Harvick finishing outside the top 5, I won the Hollywood Casinos 400 at Kansas for the 2nd year in a row! This is the first time I've ever defended a victory from the previous year, and certainly the first time I ever won 4 races in a year! In doing so, I extended my Segment 4 points lead.
By edging drew by 2 points, Carl just ever so slightly extended his overall points lead and deserves congratulations for continuing that effort!
But now, ladies and gentlemen, it may all be for naught... it's off to Talladega. What will these chasers do? What will ultimately matter is how and if they cross the line to complete lap 188...
And for the first time ever, I will be in Talladega, and I will be there with the Torino! The photos are certain to follow.... but do note that unless one of my volunteers steps up, it will be sometime Monday evening before the math is done on Talladega. I will post up a thread tomorrow.
