It looks like rain will be a factor so I guess I'll have to edit out Blaney and hope he gets to qualify. If I pick him, you know he won't get to race!

The Wood Bros announced today they plan to run full time in 2016! That means I might actually get to be competitive next year.

Gordon didn't practice well at all today....

 

Gordon qualified well though. We'll see what final practice holds. I'll probably change my picks if he doesn't practice well tomorrow. Blaney qualified well, so that should help me in my other league that I hold a fairly sizable lead in. I won't win the segment in that league, but I should win the overall as long as I don't have a race like a few weeks ago where all but one of my picks wrecked.

Duane, I thought of you when I heard Blaney was going full time with Wood Brothers next year. Kid can drive, and they should run well with their technical alliance with Penske.

But the big story is on the Segment and Championship! Carl Martin, from St. Louis, MO, has won the championship that was robbed from him 3 years ago! He held off Drew in both the Segment and the Overall points! If only his Cardinals had won the World Series!
