Congrats to GTHSS on winning Bristol. Several of the common picks had issues today which kept the points total down. I'll update the stats thread in the next few minutes.

 

Yay! My first MCF NASCAR picks win.

 

That's only the second race I made picks this year, and last both times! It gives me that "ole timer that should just hang it up" feel! At least I called last place - awesome!
Brian Scott didn't cause the first cause, but he did cause a cause by himself near the halfway point. There were 3 cautions for Kyle Busch, including the first one. They were quick to throw a caution when he blew a tire for the first caution and they ensured he never lost a lap. But I was particularly offended by the second caution for Kyle Busch when he got slightly loose and turned less than 90 degrees. Just tire smoke - throw the caution! That was a totally unnecessary caution that i thought looked like they were protecting the driver.... I could go all day...
I enjoyed the race. Congrats GTHSS!

 

I haven't watched a race all year. I watched a few laps at Atlanta and Fontana. Glad I am missing it. Imsa and Indy are where its at. There was a fender on the track at long beach yesterday and nothing. 3 accidents in the last 10 minutes but a lane was open so a local caution was used until the cars moved on. The gt class is hot this year, and prototype was spectacular at the end of Sebring
