Its 7:16 and there just starting the invocation....

Does this mean my picks no longer count?

I changed mine at 6:52pm...
Since the countdown goes from 7pm to 730pm?????
I always thought it was 30mins before the race starts?

I did post my original pics on the 25th...
Duane will my change count? Or am I stuck with my old picks?
Or am I out completely?

 

Ooo... I'll have to think about it. I disqualifieD BlazedSS at Watkins Glen because he posted either the same moment or a minute after the Green flag.... I've been known to fudge the time a few times.... and I think you're about 45 minutes to the good with that incident with the firework smoke flooding the track....

I've been thinking about this on an off... the rule has always been one hour, but Iv'e been known to fudge it down to like the 30 minute mark... so the rule isn't clear and I'm not enforcing it fairly... so what does eveyrone think of this...


I will take STUMPMI's picks this week... and following this race, the rule will be amended to say that whatever time engine's start for a particular race, the picks are locked. We will see what time that is on NASCAR.com, Jayski, ESPN, wherever, and if your picks are amended or posted at or after that time, they don't count....

Well Dave switched one of his picks to Kasey Kahen... who's running like 40th... it's not like he has a big chance at winning tonihgt either....

I read somewhere on the Nascar site that the Toyotas may have problems during this race with there engines.

 

Anyone with a Ford or Toyota engine has gotta be nervous now. My night is over. I just hope my other two do well enough that I don't lose too many points.
