This track is easy to beat on any simulator I've played because it always seems faster to drive low (follow the yellow line) on the front "straight", which nobody does in reality (or the game). Makes you wonder if it would really work, don't it?

Last nights Nationwide race was a snoozer. I don't know when Richmond got boring, but its got a tough act to follow after Talledega's excitement. I'm not all worked up for this one, so rather then make inciteful picks, I'll just remind everybody who my boys are:

1. Mark Martin
2. Dale Jr
3. AJ Allmendinger

First caution: Sam Hornish
Last: Tony Raines (we got a lot of plugs in this weeks line-up)
# cautions: 8

I like him too - he seems like a good kid. I'm also really starting to like Hamlin - he's not above screwing up (he wreck's my guys all the time) but he seems honest. And good. Neither of those guys belong with that other jerky butthole team mate.

The Monte has been out for several months now actually. It was pulled out, perhaps too early, when we drove in to Daytona for the big 500. Snowstorms, salt - stuff I really wish I never put the car through. Even once and it'll never be the same - never be clean! That was a catastrophy that I'm just trying to move past it. If you really want to read about it, read this thread over on the JGMonteCarloss forum. Its a lot to read, so I wouldn't recommend it. Some nice pics though...
Anyways, the BudChev is badder then ever. Still getting better.

...WoW `Brent, that looks awesome on Daytona Beach, and I'm really surprised that you drove it on the beach.
I would've drove straight to the high pressure car wash
and crawed under it 2 blow the salt `off.
That's what is bad about living on the coast.
"Salt air"
I never took my Monte's on the Beach, but we had
the BeachBumVan : ) That's my main reason for
not getting another `Monte until I get a garage.
I hate leaving a good ride outside in the elements,
especially the hot Florida Sun & hail storms : (
It's the price 2 live in `paradise
Got 2 `run, hope we see you often on the forum.
Wish EveryOne a Super Eve
and Great Race.
I'll be listening : )
Peace/Happy/`Out
