I used to like it - The Winston Cup years. Ever since they started racing pick up trucks - that was the end for me. I like the classic road racing like Can Am and the Trans Am series. So if I were to pick a current racing event, it would probably the Grand Am series. Oh and I like watching the NHRA.

 

Honestly the trucks aren't that bad of a thing, but once Toyota got involved, that really ticked me off and I'm not even a fan. lol

 

I use to make the time to watch it from start to finish every weekend it was on. But not since I know who is going to win every week... 4 years in a row... Park the 48 and I will watch it again.

 

I can spend hours watching road course racing....not so much the ellipse courses...

 

nascar is lame. the only exciting part about nascar is when they crash.

 

I'm more into formula, circuit and endurance racing. Going left all the time gets old after 3 minutes. Drag racing is also a favorite of mine.

I used to watch it all the time, just have't been into all that much since Dale Sr passed away.. but I do try and watch sometimes, and I would still really like to go to another race in the future. I went to the Daytona 500 in 2003 which was shortened by rain, I think they only ran 102 laps, po'd me bigtime, they didn't even give them a chance to to run on Monday. I would really like to go to the Bristol night race, that would be awesome.....
