Yea Kerry, Car is sharp and has actual body lines for a change.

 

That car has no doors.

I've been b!tchin' about that for months (since they announced it). And the SS is a 4 door - ridiculous!

I read the street model won't be revealed until February. From what I can tell its a cross between a G8 and a Cruze in appearance. This annoucement is kinda lame. The body looks the same as what Ford already unveiled, but with a Cruze front clip. It seemed fresh and original when Ford introduced it during the summer

 

All the cars are going to look the same.

 

Well, it wasn't looking that way when Ford and Dodge first unveiled their new Nascar bodys. Toyota sort halfassed it, but they Toyota front clip is sort of detailed.

I hear ya Brent - another disappointment from the GM guys. The Ford looks pretty sleek & mean.

On further review, doesn't the front end on the Ford and the Chevy look almost identical? The lines down teh side are pretty different but the grill aside, the front ends look really similar on the FoMoCo and GM products...

Well.....DUH!!!!

I think we're all aware of the fact the NASCAR vehicles don't have doors, but that particular body style appears to be modeled after a 2 door coupe. The fact that I called it a '2 door' is simply a linguistic expression.

 

I think Dodge has the best one of em all too bad they wont be in next season but hopefully back for 2014
