It looks good because it looks shorter through the body then the actual thing. A year ago 'Space started a thread reviewing the current generation Charger and I said I liked it but it is too long and should be a 2 door.
Then I tried my hand at "photochopping" a 2 door...
I think my edit looks more like the NASCAR then the real thing does.
Good looking car anyways. They are supposed to reveal more today. I agree that it certainly appears to have and aerodynamic disadvantage, but I always said that about the Chargers and they have faired pretty well.

I love that Fusion. I'm pretty sure my next car will be a Fusion. I can't wait to slap down a 43 STP paint scheme on one of those...

They showed that Charger on RaceDay today. It looks pretty cool. I'm pretty sure its the same one posted by the OP. The front clip sure looks like the real deal. All sorts of dimension and even the lower grill was the same as the production model. Doesn't look very aero tho. Its got all the detailing on the sides and the hood

I couldn't agree more, I love to see the cars going this direction, gets back to the roots of what "stock" car racing is, just that, stock cars taken to the track, as opposed to some stickers that make a car a Chevy, or ford, etc..visually anyways, power train is obv different
