What the heck??? Who slipped this in on me?? I had no idea voting was even taking place, been off the forum for a couple of weeks, I was on an extended trek into the Grand Canyon with friends. It was SO BRUTAL, many miles hiking rugged canyons, ended up swimming with packs and then hiking then swimming for about 4 miles down Phantom Creek, lots of rain. But back to this subject, I'm SO SORRY I missed this event, you all got me on this one. MAN oh MAN , after reading each and every single page I can see the competition was pretty intense. WOW I was put in up to my neck against 2 other very nice Montes. Mr. Monte and Turbo Monte you men are congratulated by me for exhibiting Superior Sportsmanship throughout this monthly competition. Bravo! You are true team players, your Monte's builds are way over the top and additionally you lend great credit to your true character based on your comments throughout the competition.
Everyone please know I feel extremely honored to accept your having selected my Monte for the forums May 2012 Monte of the Month. Thank You Thank You Thank you each and everyone. You all are so very kind, Special thanks to all the members who voted for my Monte, I'm really trying hard to represent the Monte's out here in Utah, I sincerely appreciate your acknowledgement.
And then I feel terrible that I missed the MOM voting process. I read all the pages and feel like I shorted everyone for not being present during this process. Wish I had known I was in the voting line up somehow. I will from here on out stay in tune with the MOM schedule and familiarize myself with the Monte's involved in order to render a sound vote. Again PLEASE accept my SINCERE apologies for not being present and accounted for.
