Well it used to be you needed to be nominated by a member, you had to have posted at least 10 times. I got both of mine that way. But the involvement just wasn't there any longer so it just fell of the face of the earth.
So this is kinda how the Photo contest got started and really developed into a fun program. You got a certificated you could print out as well and it was all about your Monte Carlo.
