Welcome to the April 2016 Monte of the Month Contest! For this month, we have two very deserving members that were nominated for MotM. Who will get their car in the 2017 calendar? Only YOU can choose! Please make sure that you vote!! Many members have only won by 1 vote, and we've even had some ties! Make your vote count! Every nominee is a deserving nominee. We are all proud of our vehicles, and every single active member has a right to share in this tradition. I want to thank the MCF and members for allowing my Monte, "Taz63", to be the March MOTM. This has been an exciting month for me! My family and friends have heard all about it. It is truly an honor to see the pic of my car every time I log in. THANKS to everyone!

I know the records reflect that the MCF has over 26K member's registered, but we only have a few % that are active. I hope that the Staff & Member's can find a way to increase Member participation on the MCF. I've tried, but I don't seem to be to affective on getting member's to contribute. The problem is the cars are getting old and no new ones have been made since 2007 so as the cars get old the members move to other platforms and abandon the mcf. Sadly it's only gonna get worse and worse :(

There's some great deals now on Monte Carlo's except for the earlier generations that are high in price for nice ones. I think the Monte Carlo's will be on the roads for a long time & they will need a forum like the MCF to come to for help and also share the Monte Carlo that they are keeping on the road...:thumbsup: I know we get a lot of new member's that join now when they are having a problem, but sadly depart once they get the answers to their problem...I hope someone comes up with an idea to keep them here & be active...(Let us pray)http://www.sherv.net/cm/emoticons/ha...y-emoticon.gif `amen |

Well what a cool honor it is to wake up this. Thankyouverymuch.
Going to buy several 2017 MCF calendars for the family. For participation, just being nominated by the people I admire is a morale boost and a time to take a look-back and see how lucky I've been to own a Monte Carlo. Forums like MCF area huge advantage in ownership - another big thanks to the mods for the positive atmosphere they maintain. |
