It was a very close race!
The lead changed many times.
It came down to the very last vote.

Chris took a base model Monte Carlo and spent
tons of time, money, and effort to upgrade it
and customize it into one of the best 5th generation
Monte Carlo's on the road.
And like most car enthusiasts, Chris says that his car
is still a work in progress. He is continuing to work
on making his Monte even better!
