Won't blow

So I have a 2000 ss I turn the heat or Ac on I can hear it blowing but very little comes out the vents even when I turn it all the way up I feel it get hot I feel it get cold but it's not coming out the vents

Pull out your cabin filter and see if that fixes it,,,, if so replace the filter. That would be my first suggestion if that doesn't work see if anyone else can help on here.
