Default wiring short

2003 Monty SS 3.8L
I have a short someplace and do not know where or how to trace it.

issue: message center reads high beam out, but it is not.
headlights stay on.
fog lights very dim.
turn signals blink fast (to tell me I have a light out, but all lights work)
when turn signals are on, all lights blink, RE: if turning right ect. that side is brighter.

I have already changed:
multifunction switch.
headlight switch.
fog light switch.
all bulbs, high, low, and fog. (did not replace DRL bulbs)
I did find one ground on the front rail under hood near radiator on drives side.

this all seemed to start when after many years of not using the fog lights, I turned them on.

this might not be related, but my battery needs to be replaced after 1 to 1.5 years.

any thoughts??
solved, bad ground on a fog light. amazing how many things this effected
