I have a 2001 Monte Carlo. One day randomly I went to clean my windshield off and nothing came out despite the reservoir being full. I replaced the pump with a brand new one and it still didn’t work, I can’t even hear the pump humming like it should, so I replaced the “wsw” fuse which runs both regular wiper motors and the pump and it still nothing, checked the new fuse and it didn’t blow, as if it did the wipers wouldn’t even work which they do. At the point where I’ve figured the pump is not turning on and I have installed a new pump and verified the fuse is still intact. I’ve looked high and low for any breakers or relays and can’t find any Relating to that circuit. Don’t know where to look next need advice. Thanks

 

It's time to break out a multimeter and the wiring diagram. Verify it has a solid connection to ground, then start stepping through the various points checking where power stops getting through the circuit.
