Default wills overkilled tuner PLEASE HELP

anybody that installed this on ther own. did ya have any problems with engine lite etc. did ya have to get it flashed or do a case or crank relearn? i cant get one person to even touch this thing in my area. suggestions and help please. ty,joe

Obviously we have 2 very different cars electronically, but when I installed mine I had zero issues! Popped it in, reinstalled the air box and fired it right up. No security relearn needed, no CEL, no CASE relearn.

I can say I love mine, and it made a hell of a difference in acceleration. Here's my updated 0-60 vid (actually went up to 65).

Looking at the mileage... that had to be about 4 years ago haha

So it was recorded on a BlackBerry Pearl

ahhh that explains it... BlackBerry hahaha didn't know those things got cameras until like a year ago

We need a new vid... with CSC.

As you can see in my thread from the original install date, I installed mine myself, and then took it to a shop for the relearn. It's not that expensive to get the relearn done, and everything was great once I got the relearn done.

Go through the ignition process explained in my write up, and that should take care of your traction control light (if it's on). The engine light should go out after the relearn.

ty youve been a great help. im gonna print your write up and take to the person i have install it. does a chevy or gm dealer ave to do the relearn or can any shop. my car is still under warranty is why i ask.
