Default Whats wrong with my Monte?

Okay so I have a pretty good idea whats wrong but I want to be 100% sure before I take it into Chevrolet Thursday. When I got the car the guy told me it needed a Crankshaft Position Sensor. Today on my way home it started acting worse than it has been, normally the motor would jerk a little as the rpms got higher, then shift too early and shift really hard.
Well today on my way home it started jerking bad, i mean so bad you could see the car jerking down the road it was embarrasing. Wanted to see if any of you guys had a similar issue. Oh and when i floor the accelerator the check engine flashes then will stop flashing after a moment or two.
I took it to Advanced auto parts and got these codes:
p0171 (system too lean)
p0306 (cylinder 6 misfire)
p0333 (crankshaft position sensor malfunction)
p0401 (EGR Flow Insufiencient)
p0742 (Torque converter stuck on)
I did a little research and if im correct the crank position sensor can cause all the following i listed to malfunction and run horrible. for example, the transmission can find the right rpm to shift at because of the fact that the crank sensor is causing the motor to jerk, and causing the system to run lean because it cant run correctly.
Does this sound like im dead on or what? let me know please

Sounds about right.
I'm not sure that it would set the EGR and lean condition codes, but I guess it could. Either way it's a pretty cheap/easy fix, so if you know it's failing then it's worth fixing first.

Alright guys well I took it to Chevy today and they told me it was not my crank position sensor. They said that I need a new intake manifold and gasket because its sucking in air, he even said he's never seen that happen. He also said im going to be needing a new water pump, which would explain the coolant leaking problem. All of the together came to $1700 in 7hrs work. Sometime next week i'll most likely be dropping it off to get it fixed, he said he would even give me a loner car (Chevy Cruze) free of charge...**** for the price they better..

It's always good to get a second opinion, even a third. Can validate the 1st's diagnosis. Some places dont care how much they break you with a bad fix and say, Aww well it's also this and before you know it your out some healthy amounts of money. And they wont even care.....
