He's trying to get the most cost-effective and best looking set of wheels that are black spokes (rims) with chrome lips.

I like the way the American Racing Villain's look on mine. Come in 17,18, and 19's.

Just by doing a quick search I have found them for around $150 a wheel. No o bad. Depending on what kind of shape your tires are in, sometimes you can get some great deals on a rim & tire package. Just an idea.
