Water in tail lights

Default Water in tail lights
I have a problem with my 03 Monte Carlo SS. When I wash the car I always get moisture in the tail light assembly. I had them both replaced under warranty when the car was new but the replacements are doing the same. Driver’s side is worse but the both do it. What can I do to seal them against water getting in?
