Default water leaking in

I have a 2003 Monte Carlo no sunroof.Water is leaking into the console
in the headliner. We took it apart last time it leaked,We noticed that the
Moldings had price tags on them.I bought it used from dealership with 25000 miles on it,I have 128,000 on it now.I think the windshield has been replaced.I put RTV sealant insidearound the winshield, seem to slow it down.your thoughts

I got my Monte Carlo back,The area across the top wasnt sealed when the first windshield
was replaced,so we have a rusted mess under the windshield. The guy cleaned it up
primered it and did allot of back fill with sealant.Hope it works
