Default Torque Spec?

What is the torque spec on this nut in the pic? It holds the SC smooth pulley onto a threaded stud. My SC belt came off after this smooth pulley literally cracked and disintegrated. Ordered a new belt and pulley tensioner----just wondering what torque spec? 🤔

If you wanna be all proper and stuff, I think its 40lb/ft.

-But I just use loctite and a couple clicks from the impact.

EDIT: Just looked it up, its 37.
