Default Timing belt/chain

On a 2004 supercharged SS, when should the timing belt/chain be replaced? I just bought mine and cannot guarantee it was ever done before. Car has 86k miles on it.

Thanks in advance.

I don't think you really need to worry about it for awhile unless you beat on your car. The timing chain is really strong and much better than belts that are normally changed between 60-100k.
