tensioner pully
Not sure about the 99', but I got a quote on my 03' for $300 installed. Of course this included a new belt. The part it's self is around $130... I said screw the tensioner and just replaced the belt..
I have a '98 and the pulley part of my tensioner broke a couple of months ago. I replaced just the pulley for about $30, but if your entire tensioner unit is broken then it probably will cost about $300 to fix. Hope for your sake that you can salvage it...
