My steering wheel controls work just fine, but as most of you know, the surface of the controls rub off. Where you can you get these? I bought a refurb dash that looks great, but can't find a wheel anywhere. Please help.

Your best bet would probably be the pull it yards...even though I see more people driving MC's into the ground more than anything.
What you might have to do is go to a Salvage yard and find the 6th Gen Monte Carlo and take it apart to get the refurbed items you want. When you do that you also learn something about the things you see apart or take apart too. It's always helped me what ever car I am working on.
This photo was taken last month just to show the state of what these cars look like in salvage condition.
Another option would be to find a sign or graphics shop that could make the lettering you need and then apply that to the controls.
this is at a U pull it yard 6th gen Monte
I restored the interior in my Monte Carlo after using interior parts from 7 different cars to get what I finally needed. It was a pain but it does make for interesting conversation at Car shows when I tell about all the modifications I have completed on the car.

Thanks for the input. I don't think I will have much luck, and haven't roamed a boneyard in years. I looked on Ebay and everyone fror sale was just like mine. I can't believe you can get a refurbed dash but no one has a steering wheel for them. I would gladly pay rather than take time to walk yards. Many of them now won't even tell you what they have. Charge you a $2 fee just to walk around. If you happen upon one let me know I will be glad to give you a fair price. The graphics aren't so much a problem as the surface area that is rubbed off. One of the not so great GM ideas.
