i need to replace the transmission pan gasket seal and the oil pan gasket seal due to them leaking and i got a quote of 6-7 hours and $345 in labor with me providing all the parts/fluids. Does that seem reasonable?

for the labor yes but the time should be a little less but it should be around that. but it is also there looking for the reason why the trans gasket is leaking hens the time.
