Security light on
The other day the security light on my dashboard came on. I have an '04 Monte SS. The car turned over fine and the car drove. I used the car yesterday and no security light. I do have an aftermarket security system with remote start that I bought new in '04. I know it has to do with the PassKey. Just heard it could cost $1K to fix at the dealership. Any ideas to fix myself?
