Default Seatbelt "fluttering" with windows down

Has anyone come up with a fix for the seatbelts making that fluttering noise while driving with the windows down? I love having the windows down, but that horrible noise doesn't allow me to put them all the way down. I am guessing that all montes do this, but maybe it is just mine.

well here you go everyone. this is what what i did, get a shoulder pad for your seat belt and some velcro. then you velcro the pad to the side where you seat belt can slide through. problem solved!! did i explain this alright?? i mean where it flaps at is where the pad gets velcro'd and make it to where the seat belt can slide through.
if your talking about teh part that goes on you shoulder that flaps, than you can put it under the holder instead of the slot where it is supposed to go. really hope this helps.

i dont ever wear my seatbelt, personal reasons, not that i condone it but take a knife and slit, your done. while your at it use a cut off wheel, take the metal part and stick it into the socket. that will solve that annoying beep too.

yes about 5. no points in the past three years.

you dont get points unless its dangerous to other drivers.

there about 35-75 bucks a pop depending on what county you get pulled over in. but if you skip work, and dress nice for the judge, they lower them to a 10 dollar fine.

by the way traffic court is halarious.

example. john smith you just got caught without insureance for the 4th time, 6 month suspension. and you got a 80 in a 35, in a scool zone. another 6 months. this totals 1 year and 900 in fines. how do you plead.

no contest, ok 2 month suspension, 300 in fines. have a nice day.

and so on. its almost worth the laugh to missed work for.

point stay on your record for 3 to 7 years. depending on the violation. they basicly do nothing but raise you insurance untill you get like 21. which by the way is a lot.
