6th Gen ('00-'05): S/C nose bearing
Yea. It requires pretty much full removal and disassembly of the snout plus the use of a press and cups.
But... Its more likely that the coupler is whats making noise. Thats a little bit less of an involved repair.
Whats the sound like, gravel being crushed kinda thing? A bad bearing is more of a screech or constant scraping sound.
With the belt off, is there any play at all in the pulley? If not, I would first look at the coupler.
Another thought... You could get really lucky and it just needs some oil. Have you checked the level?

100% what whtmonte said.
I did put all new bearings in mine after getting it back from a full mirror polish. It's not awful to do the snout shaft bearings if needed, but they're pretty rare to have fail unless it was run low on oil.

Do you have a pulley puller and a press? You'll need both for the snout bearings.
The OG M90 guy is gr8racingfool (he did the polishing on my m90). Has an awesome 2 part series on this that's far easier than trying to type out all of the steps:

Bad pulley isn't really a thing. It's interference fit pressed onto the shaft so there's nothing for it to make noise with. It would have to be literally cracked through to be making noises itself.
Hard to tell from the video but it sounds very similar to when my PS pump was going out. Youre going to have to 100% pinpoint that noise.
The reason I say that is because its really easy to hear something from the bottom of the engine, and think its coming from the top. Ive had it happen quite a few times. Replace the pulley I know was making the noise, only for another to grenade because I was wrong...
