Default Replacing Instrument Cluster Bulbs

Hey everyone,
I am considering trying to sell my car and one of the bulbs in my instrument cluster is burned out. I'd like to replace it before I sell it. I had the cluster out and in order to access the bulbs, the needles have to be removed. I was wondering if anyone has done this before and if they could tell me if the needles only go back on one way or am I going to have to mark them before removing them? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Andy

I believe they are bulbs. Mickey replaced them with LEDs, but doesn't mention anything about the needles in his post about it.
