Default Rear Brake Conversion for a 2003 Monte?

Hey I've got a full set of 2002 Corvette Z06 brakes, I know the front will work and I'm in the process of getting those mounted up. I've been told that the rear brakes will not work. I'm wondering if anybody knows of any other rear brake conversion I could do, or other members have done. Any help would be great thanks

I've heard of the GXP's and I've looked at ZZP's, how big of a job is the GXP's or is it a direct bolt on?

Never heard of doin that, ikn with the Vette calipers you gotta shave the ribs down on the top of the caliper to clear 16s but thats all the modding ive heard of
